Job summary

Mesabi Metallics is seeking a Manager – Reporting to support the DRI project with robust reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis. You will consolidate information across engineering, procurement, construction, and controls to deliver timely updates for leadership.

The role partners with project leadership to monitor schedule, cost, risks, and milestones, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication across EPC teams and contractors. A strong background in project controls is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting project reporting and controls on large capital projects.
• Experience supporting EPC or EPCM project execution.
• Experience on large industrial projects (steel, mining, metals, manufacturing, etc.).
• Strong understanding of schedules, cost reporting, risk tracking, and performance metrics.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, project reports, and presentations.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project reporting processes, systems, and standards for the DRI project.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and executive updates.
• Collect and consolidate project information from engineering, procurement, construction, and controls.
• Monitor key KPIs: schedule progress, cost performance, risks, milestones, deliverables.
• Support leadership with accurate and timely reporting for decision-making.
• Identify trends, risks, and issues through data analysis.
• Coordinate reporting requirements across internal teams, EPC contractors, and partners.
• Maintain calendars, templates, data repositories, and document standards.
• Support project reviews and leadership presentations with data insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity for reporting.
