Regal Executive Search is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team in Burbank, California. You will work closely with various business units, engaging in data analysis and developing internal dashboards.

The ideal candidate must have a BA degree in business administration, economics, or statistics, and possess strong quantitative skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with SQL is a plus.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate the purpose and content of business reports to develop new reports or improve existing ones to best meet business needs.
• Review report requests to determine basic required characteristics, including function, appropriate sources, required fields, format, frequency and distribution.
• Generate ad hoc reports using existing sources and processes and modify such reports according to user requirements.
• Support the design and development of an internal data warehouse.
• Drive monthly, weekly and daily dashboards for business partners.
• Analyze trends and provide narrative summaries to senior management.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Quantitative with a strong attention to detail.
• At least a BA degree, preferably in business administration, economics or statistics.
• Familiarity with SQL a plus, but not required.
