Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group seeks an experienced journalist to produce high-impact stories with strong leads, solid framing, and diverse sourcing. You will break exclusives, cultivate sources, and develop ideas while conducting probing interviews within the federal and state regulatory landscape.

Collaborating with multimedia and graphics teams, you will also serve as a subject-matter expert and mentor junior reporters, contributing to newsroom-wide excellence in legal and government reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in English or journalism preferred.
• 7 years’ experience in journalism, including at least one year reporting on legal, tax, or government topics.

You need to have:

Compensation Range:

$94,000.00-$115,830.00

Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
