The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Senior Analyst, Replenishment – Lowe’s BDT to drive end-to-end demand replenishment and inventory health for SMG and Lowe’s. You will lead strategic replenishment, seasonal readiness, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, and IP&R, leveraging analytics to optimize in-store and DC inventory and key KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Progressive experience in replenishment planning, demand planning, or inventory control in a CPG or retail setting.
• Seasonal supply chain expertise with seasonal inventory builds and peak-season promotions.
• Direct Lowe’s supply chain experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute data-driven demand and replenishment strategies aligned with sales performance, GMROI, and inventory turns.
• Manage high-volume seasonal demand curves, pre-season ramps, mid-season adjustments, and end-of-season exits.
• Monitor Weeks of Supply, directing inventory movement for weather-driven demand spikes and promotions.
• Lead the Ready for Season (RFS) process for seasonal resets, new product introductions, and item master setups.
• Collaborate with Lowe’s IP&R teams and internal teams to align replenishment parameters with targets.
