Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and have reliable attendance.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook required.

Responsibilities

• Compute charges for merchandise or services and receive payments.
• Prepare merchandise for display or for purchase or rental.
• Advise customers on products and services and answer questions.
• Greet customers and discuss rental needs and preferences.
• Explain rental fees, policies and procedures and complete contracts.
