Job summary

Mickelson & Company is seeking an Analyst or Associate in Sioux Falls to coordinate closings of financial transactions and manage due diligence documentation for tax credit assignments. You will liaise with clients, counterparties, and advisers, and set up a shared due diligence site.

The role requires aBachelor’s degree and strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and diligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Preference for 5 years relevant experience in finance/closing roles.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe, DocuSign, Salesforce.
• Ability to read and understand contracts and statutes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closing of financial transactions (tax credit assignments).
• Ensure timely completion of required documentation package.
• Coordinate communication between clients, counterparties and advisers.
• Set up shared due diligence site and gather documents from relevant parties.
• Draft documents based on form templates.
• Be technically proficient in legal and diligence matters including tax requirements.
• Read contracts and develop list of outstanding items.
• Create progress reports on diligence status.
• Work with renewables team of analysts, associate, director, vice‑president.
