The Commercial Transaction Manager (Associate or Director) will lead project management, structuring, analysis, and closing of tax credit transfer financings and other project financings for clean energy projects.

Qualifications

7+ years in law, corporate finance, project finance, investment banking, commercial banking, private equity, or developer roles.
Advanced financial modeling in Excel with forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
Experience negotiating and processing transactions in a law firm, private practice, or investment banking.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end transaction processes: tax credit transfers, financings, and sales; coordinate underwriting and term sheets.
Oversee complex project finance models for valuation, return analysis, and lender scenarios.
Perform detailed due diligence, evaluate data rooms and terms, identify risks and drivers.
Mentor renewable energy finance team; set standards for modeling, analysis, and execution.
Cultivate investor/developer relationships to support transactions and company objectives.
Contribute to company strategy and resource allocation across teams.
