Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Project Manager, Renewable Project Management, to provide technical guidance for business development and to support advanced development and construction of renewable energy projects. You will oversee projects from advanced development through construction to achieve commercial operation and support the technical needs of development efforts.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in designing and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 6+ years of professional experience with at least 4+ years in construction project management.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate and manage EPC Contracts.
• Manage construction permitting activities and ensure permits have been obtained.
• Manage and monitor construction activities for multiple project sites.
• Ensure that site construction activities adhere to established construction protocols.
• Assist development team with site layout, micro-siting and civil design of projects.
• Lead coordination of development and construction efforts with interconnecting utilities.
• Lead coordination and support of internal project financing and accounting efforts.
