Zusammenfassung

Power System Engineering is seeking a Project Manager Renewable Energy to lead strategic energy projects from origination through design, procurement, construction, and closeout. You will work with engineers, clients, contractors, and industry partners to deliver turnkey renewable energy solutions.

Ideal candidates have a strong engineering foundation, 8+ years of project delivery experience, and familiarity with solar, BESS, or microgrids. Hybrid work options are available at a PSE office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or project delivery within energy, infrastructure, or renewable energy.
• Experience managing engineering design projects or energy infrastructure projects; solar, BESS, or microgrids preferred.
• Consulting/utility/developer/EPC environment experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred; PE license preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead project management for strategic renewable energy projects across the full lifecycle from origination to closeout.
• Coordinate engineering and design across electrical, civil, and structural disciplines.
• Serve as primary client contact with clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Coordinate internal and external teams including engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans.
