You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and clients. The role includes supporting business development in a growth‑oriented, employee‑owned firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of energy project experience across development stages.
• Bachelor's or master's in environmental planning, policy, science, or related field.
• Experience serving renewable energy clients and delivering complex projects.
• Strong strategic thinking and client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals through all stages of development, permitting, and compliance.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to meet standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for permitting and construction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, agencies, and clients.
• Support business development and client meetings to grow ESA's portfolio.
