• Strong knowledge of tax equity structures and project financing terms.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and close construction and term debt facilities and tax equity transactions.
• Draft and negotiate financing agreements, security documents, and related deal documents.
• Manage due diligence and coordinate cross-functional teams from term sheet to closing.
• Lead and execute financing transactions, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
