Stoel Rives LLP seeks a mid-level Project Finance Associate to join its market-leading renewable energy practice in Seattle. The role focuses on debt and tax equity financings, development, and related transactional work for solar, wind, storage, and energy infrastructure.

You will support construction and term debt facilities, draft and negotiate financing documents, and coordinate with tax, regulatory, and real estate teams from term sheet through closing, with a strong emphasis on client

Qualificações

• JD and active bar membership; ability to gain admission where required.
• Three to five years of debt and tax equity project finance and M&A experience at a major firm.
• Experience supporting transactions, managing timelines, and facilitating closings.
• Familiarity with tax equity structures and partnership tax concepts; market terms for project docs.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and project management; team-oriented and client-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Support construction and term debt facilities and tax credit monetization transactions.
• Support financing transactions, acquisitions, and joint ventures of projects and platforms.
• Draft financing agreements, security documents, tax equity partnership agreements, and related deal documents.
• Execute due diligence, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interface with clients from term sheet to closing.
