Job summary

UGE is seeking a Senior Project Finance Analyst to support structuring, analysis, and execution of financing for renewable energy assets under development and construction. You will focus on financial modeling, capital structure analysis, diligence coordination, and transaction execution across multiple financing solutions.

This on-site role requires five days per week in the office, with candidates based in New York or Denver or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Experience with project finance and cash flow analysis.
• Knowledge of debt structures and capital markets transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and audit project-level and portfolio-level financial models.
• Analyze debt sizing, covenant compliance, and refinancing structures.
• Support marketing materials, CIMs, and lender/investor presentations.
• Coordinate with legal counsel and advisors to track diligence items.
• Collaborate with development, EPC, and asset management teams on schedules and budgets.
• Assist in translating financial results into clear internal materials.
• Monitor post-closing obligations and future financings.
