Job summary

Destructable Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Project Leader to own end-to-end delivery of large wind and solar decommissioning and recycling projects across multiple sites. You will craft comprehensive plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and risk, while supervising PMs and ensuring safety compliance.

You will also drive post-project reviews, optimize processes, and coordinate logistics and client relations to maximize value and reduce risk across a broad program portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with multi-site projects in demolition, recycling, renewable energy, or heavy civil sectors.
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring project managers or field leaders.
• Strong financial acumen with multi-million dollar budgets.
• Deep understanding of demolition/recycling processes including composites and metals.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft 365, Wrike).
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA safety standards and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-relations skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and client locations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large multi-site decommissioning and recycling projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
• Conduct pre-project site evaluations, feasibility studies, and pre-mobilization planning.
• Serve as escalation point for project issues and provide decisive leadership.
• Lead post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Mentor Project Managers and review plans, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Standardize PM processes, templates, and tools across the org.
• Monitor health of all active projects and manage risks.
• Partner with Chief of Staff and CEO on workforce planning and staffing.
• Oversee logistics for large-scale projects and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate site sequencing, mobilization planning, and resource scheduling.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain project documentation and executive-level portfolio reports.
