Job summary

Gallagher Bassett in the United States is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage workers' compensation claims from initial intake to resolution. This fully remote role supports clients across FL, GA, and NC with a focus on empathy, accuracy, and timely communication.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of workers' comp claims experience, active state licenses or reciprocity, and a HS diploma (Bachelor's preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims applying analytical skills.
• Work with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to serve clients and claimants.
