Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Claims Adjuster experienced in workers' compensation with a strong focus on empathy and accuracy. This fully remote role requires California licensure and a track record of managing complex claims across jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with clients to resolve claims efficiently, uphold policy standards, and deliver superior customer service while navigating regulatory and ethical requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims.
• Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients and claimants.
• Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of our clients exhibiting empathy through each step of the claims process.
