Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced claims professional for a fully remote role in the United States. The position uses your claims management expertise to analyze exposure, determine action plans, and resolve claims while delivering empathetic service.

With 5+ years of related claims experience and appropriate licensing, you will work with clients, adjusters, and claimants to ensure compliant, timely outcomes and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.
• Desired: Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Apply claims management experience to analyze exposure and resolve claims.
• Interact with parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients.
• Handle claims in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Document claim activity timely to support the claim file.
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve the process.
