Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Windchill Integration Engineer to design, build, and operate integrations connecting PTC Windchill with ERP, MES, CAD, and other systems. Remote US position; full-time direct role.

You will own the integration layer, implement REST/SOAP services, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring durable, well-documented solutions. Strong Windchill experience and middleware expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Five or more years of PLM integration experience with Windchill.
• Hands‑on experience with InfoEngine and Windchill Java API.
• Experience designing PLM‑to‑ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of CAD integration patterns.
• Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC, SAP CPI).
• Strong SQL skills and Windchill data model familiarity.
• REST and SOAP web services experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations between Windchill and ERP systems using InfoEngine and middleware.
• Build CAD integrations for Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Catia, and NX with Windchill, including workflows and mappings.
• Develop Windchill‑MES integrations and data flows.
• Build REST and SOAP services for Windchill data using standard interfaces.
• Implement middleware‑driven, event‑based integrations.
• Profile, optimize, and monitor high‑volume integrations for performance gains.
• Lead migrations to modern, middleware‑mediated designs with reversible steps.
• Collaborate with PLM, ERP, and CAD teams on business processes.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and durable fixes.
• Mentor junior engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate emerging integration tools and recommend adoption.
