350.org is seeking a senior consultant on Audience Growth on Social Media to deliver content production targeting US audiences within our global social media channels, with a focus on measurable audience growth across our shared global platforms. This is a temporary, results-oriented assignment.

The consultant will lead strategy, localization, and paid campaigns for Instagram and Facebook, producing at least 15 content pieces per month and reporting insights to the Global Communications Director.

Qualifications

• Senior‑level experience in social media strategy with a track record of growth.
• Tech‑savvy with adaptation to platform algorithm changes and trends.
• Hands‑on experience creating content for Instagram/Facebook: copy, graphics, short‑form video; Canva proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop US‑audience growth strategy aligned with KPIs for global channels.
• Produce US‑focused content across Instagram and Facebook, including short‑form video.
• Set up, manage and evaluate paid social campaigns with core metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Coordinate localization with global teams and publish US‑specific CTAs.
• Monitor engagement and growth metrics; deliver insights and recommendations.
