Job summary

350.org is seeking a senior consultant on Audience Growth on Social Media to deliver content production targeting US audiences within our global social media channels, with a focus on measurable audience growth across our shared global platforms. This is a temporary, results-oriented assignment.

The consultant will work remotely within the United States, preferably in EST timezone, and collaborate with the Global Communications Director on deliverables and invoices.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in social media strategy with measurable audience growth.
• Tech-savvy with adapting content to platform changes and algorithm trends.
• Hands-on experience creating/publishing content for Instagram and Facebook (copy, graphics, short-form video). Proficient with Canva.
• Experience setting up, managing, evaluating paid social campaigns with CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS.
• Proficiency with audience insights tools (Google Trends/Insights, Brandwatch).
• Senior experience in crisis communication and rapid response situations.
• Strong English writing, ability to adapt tone across audience segments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a US-audience growth strategy aligned with global campaigns.
• Localize messages and assets for US audiences while preserving brand voice.
• Produce at least 15 content pieces per month across channels (IG, FB, and US account).
• Review incoming content for US relevance and cultural alignment, feedback within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with global teams on segmentation and publishing schedules.
• Localize CTAs for US audience context.
