Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Senior Technical Support Engineer (MI – I, Tier 1) to provide remote expert assistance for Synapse products to HCUS customers. You will troubleshoot complex issues, document in-depth evaluations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include handling third-party hardware/software, adhering to TAC processes, and communicating effectively with customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
Industry certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco) preferred.
Working knowledge of Windows Server (2012+), networking, SQL Server and/or Oracle.
Knowledge of Synapse workflows and clinical data transfer protocols (HL7, DICOM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Remotely troubleshoot and resolve Synapse product issues; monitor alarms and respond promptly.
Work on third-party hardware, software, and network issues sold or supported by Fujifilm.
Document cases thoroughly and follow TAC escalation processes.
Collaborate with peers on complex technical issues and communicate with customers clearly.
Maintain case workflows and participate in on-call rotation; overtime may be required.
Travel occasionally up to 10% based on business needs.
Ensure compliance with FDA/ISO requirements and company policies.
