Responsibilities

• Develop system requirements, interface definitions, and functional specs for remote service features.
• Translate customer, regulatory, and business requirements into technical system solutions.
• Define remote service strategies and support product group alignment activities.
• Improve system tools and support deployment and management of remote service features.
• Plan and track system-level testing, validation, and verification of remote services features.
• Support vehicle or machine-level integration testing (lab, bench, field).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of remote services features from field data and feedback.
• Provide leadership in system integration and software development supporting the enterprise strategy.
• Provide program status and development timing updates to stakeholders.
