Job summary

ZestyAI is seeking a Risk Analytics Expert to advance analytics for property and casualty insurance and guide clients through implementation, pilots, and PoCs. This remote role supports US and Canada, collaborating with actuarial consultants and product teams to translate data into actionable risk insights.

You will lead demonstrations, design pilots, and own client deliverables, leveraging SQL, Python, and AI tools while articulating value to customers and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (actuarial science, statistics, economics, engineering, data science or similar).
• 5+ years in P&C insurance analytics, actuarial, underwriting, product, or vendor role serving carriers.
• Hands-on model validation experience: lift charts, Gini and loss ratio relativities.
• Comfortable writing SQL and Python against large datasets (BigQuery or similar).
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar) for analysis and writing.

Responsibilities

• Enable sales and customer success with demonstrations and technical product overviews.
• Advise prospects on regulatory filing processes with actuarial consultants.
• Design and run pilots and PoCs end to end with data integration and analysis.
• Lead discovery sessions to map client needs to ZestyAI products.
• Deliver insights and feedback to product team to shape next-gen offerings.
• Manage client-facing projects to ensure on-time, accurate deliverables.
