Mantle Reach Power LLC is a growing independent power producer focused on geothermal projects across North America. The Manager, Project Finance will lead and execute financings, develop financial models, and mentor junior team members from our New York area base.

The role emphasizes structuring tax equity and debt financings, evaluating offtake opportunities, and preparing board-ready investment materials in a fast-paced, high-growth setting. Hybrid role, NY preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in renewables or project finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field.
• Excellent financial modeling skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, structure, and execute development acquisitions, partnerships, and project/ corporate financings.
• Lead financial analysis and build project/enterprise financial models.
• Support tax equity and debt financings; manage due diligence and third-party consultants.
• Prepare financial and risk analyses for development decisions.
• Evaluate offtake, pricing, RFP submissions, and contract negotiations.
• Prepare investment recommendations and board materials.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the project finance team.
