Job summary

PGA TOUR is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee booking, scheduling, and operations for live remote productions. You will coordinate vendors, crew, and facilities, working closely with accounting on budgets and reconciliation of expenses to ensure timely client billing.

Responsibilities include facility and equipment bookings, travel logistics, and on-site management from setup to wrap. This role requires nights/weekends travel and strong collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Minimum five to seven years in the production with remote operations.
• Experience in remote television logistics planning and execution.
• Experience in budgeting, crewing, logistics and scheduling for studio/remote ops.
• Sports background preferred with golf operations knowledge.
• Experience with camera, audio, grip and lighting for live remote shoots.
• Proficient in Word, SharePoint and Excel; SAP Concur knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact and book facilities and equipment for each project.
• Negotiate with hotel sales teams and manage room blocks and billing per contract.
• Book airfare and auto rentals for in-studio and on-site crew; reconcile expenses.
• Adhere to budget parameters during all phases of the project.
• Advance setup and on-site management for remote productions and logistics.
• Coordinate with PGA TOUR Broadcasting and partners for on-site integration.
• Negotiate with major equipment and service vendors; include broadcast networks.
• Prepare production books and communicate shoot information to crew and vendors.
• Lead review/approval of invoices and reconcile expenses with Accounting.
