Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Power BI & Python Data Developer to design, build, deploy, and maintain complex dashboards and Python-based data pipelines. You will work with clinical trial data, translating requirements into scalable solutions across multiple systems and ensuring data quality and security.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Power BI development and 3+ years in Python ETL, with strong knowledge of data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end Power BI dashboard development experience.
• 3+ years of Python experience using Pandas, NumPy, and ETL development.
• Experience with performance optimization and large datasets.
• Experience with drill-through navigation, cross-filtering, and row-level security.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using clinical trial data.
• Develop advanced data models, star schemas, and DAX calculations.
