Job summary

Aquent is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to architect and lead sophisticated digital campaigns for top clients in education and beyond. You will design multi-channel media strategies, guide execution, and deliver insights that drive measurable results across platforms.

You’ll collaborate with platform specialists, present performance to clients, and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience in digital media planning and/or execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio and Google Analytics.
• Direct experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and/or DV360 or other DSPs.
• Strong communication skills, able to present performance to clients and internal teams.
• Experience analyzing data trends and reporting on KPIs.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
• Comfort with remote work environments and multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect integrated digital strategies tailored to client goals and budgets.
• Prepare multichannel media plans and budgets for existing and new clients.
• Oversee campaign execution with platform specialists to optimize performance.
• Provide monthly and ad-hoc reporting and analytics for clients.
• Identify trends from data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular strategy calls.
• Mentor junior and mid-level strategists and support onboarding of new team members.
