Job summary

Neurocentria is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to head two concurrent decentralized Phase 2 clinical trials in neurology and cognitive health. This senior role involves direct collaboration with the Principal Investigator and Head of Clinical Operations, managing CRO performance, vendor relations, and budgets from project startup to database lock. Candidates should have extensive experience in clinical trial operations, specifically with decentralized models, and a robust understanding of ICH GCP guidelines. Qualifications

• 8+ years of clinical trial operations experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology.
• Experience as primary operational lead on Phase 2 or later IND-quality clinical trial.
• 3+ years of direct CRO oversight in sponsor-side role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CRO performance against contractual deliverables.
• Identify operational risks like enrollment trends and data quality issues.
• Manage trial budgets and CRO invoicing.
