The ideal candidate brings strong CTM experience, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements for neurological health studies. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; 6+ years in clinical operations with CTM experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GCP and regulatory environment for medical devices/pharma.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills with travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical trial operations ensuring timely, compliant study execution.
• Develop and manage study plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Oversee site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities; manage TMF completeness.
