Placements24 seeks a highly skilled Remote Network Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support robust network infrastructures for clients. The role focuses on routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud networking, with 24/7 on-call support and strong remote collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of experience, CCNP/CCIE/JNCIP or equivalent, and proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in network engineering and infra management.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage complex network infrastructures including LANs/WANs.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Implement and manage VPN solutions for secure remote access.
• Monitor performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• Provide remote support and guidance to clients and teams.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting steps.
• Stay updated on new network technologies and security threats.
• Collaborate with IT teams for integration of services.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
