Job summary

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Software Engineer with a Secret security clearance and strong Microsoft .NET experience to design, develop, test, and sustain secure enterprise applications and services. You will work across the full software lifecycle in an Agile/DevSecOps environment, delivering clean, maintainable code within a security-focused team.

The position is remote for a U.S.-based candidate with Pacific Time work hours (8am–5pm PST).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field plus 8–10 years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on C#/.NET development, including ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including T-SQL and database design.
• Experience building and securing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Working knowledge of a front-end framework (Angular, React, or Blazor) and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher. U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and APIs in C# using .NET 6/8+, ASP.NET Core, and EF Core.
• Model data and write performant queries, stored procedures, and migrations in SQL Server.
• Build and consume RESTful services and integrate with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
• Write unit and integration tests and support automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to build and release pipelines; support containerized deployments where used.
• Apply secure coding standards and remediate findings.
