You will analyze market trends, assess performance, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations, while coaching junior team members and contributing to white papers and client

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, life sciences strategy roles, or a relevant field.
• MBA and/or PhD/PharmD/MD degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical and life science industries.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships by understanding issues, providing solutions, preparing materials, and assisting with daily queries.
• Support business strategy through research, analysis, project planning, and ensuring team deadlines are met.
• Deliver strategic insights and solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
• Analyze market trends, evaluate business models, and support R&D strategy, commercialization, market access, and portfolio optimization.
• Manage workstreams and contribute to projects; coach junior team members as needed.
• Contribute to white papers, industry reports, and client presentations.
• Stay current on emerging trends in life sciences and healthcare policy.
• Lead development of medical affairs assets and organizational strategy; advise senior leaders.
