Job summary

Red Nucleus is seeking an experienced Medical Writer to join our Medical Publications team. You will research, write, and edit manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and other deliverables for pharmaceutical clients, collaborating across disciplines and meeting deadlines.

This hybrid role is based near Yardley, PA, with remote opportunities considered for qualified candidates. You will contribute to high-impact publications and support the team's strategic goals while enjoying a collaborative,

Qualifications

• MD/PhD in life sciences or PharmD required.
• 4 years of experience writing peer-reviewed publications, congress abstracts, posters, and slide decks in an agency setting.
• Ability to independently write and edit scientific manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and training materials.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to collaborate virtually.
• Outstanding organizational/time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of the AMA writing style.
• Team player with a detail-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit manuscripts, abstracts, slide presentations, posters, and other deliverables.
• Collaborate on client projects in pharma space.
• Ensure accuracy of scientific information across biological fields.
• Deliver work by deadlines and manage project timelines.
• Work well onsite or remotely as part of a team.
• Maintain proper file management and version control.
• Apply good publication practices.
• Communicate clearly with internal team to achieve content goals.
