Slalom is seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Lead to provide strategic and technical leadership across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, and Copilot initiatives. You will define architecture, governance, security, and enterprise adoption strategies within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

The role requires deep technical expertise and strong executive communication skills to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and delivering enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Deep expertise in SharePoint Online architecture and governance.
• Proven ability to guide executive stakeholders in complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for Microsoft 365 collaboration and search.
• Define SharePoint Online architecture, governance, and permissions strategy.
• Drive Microsoft Search configuration and relevance optimization.
• Establish Copilot readiness strategies including governance and adoption planning.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to develop roadmaps and standards.
• Provide technical leadership across delivery teams for SharePoint and related solutions.
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Influence senior stakeholders on strategic technology decisions.
