Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Lead to provide strategic and technical leadership across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, and Copilot initiatives within a remote, project-based consulting engagement.

You will define architecture, governance, security, and enterprise adoption strategies, lead delivery teams, and partner with executives to shape Microsoft 365 roadmaps in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Qualifications

8+ years designing and implementing enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions.
Deep expertise in SharePoint Online architecture and governance.
Experience delivering intranet, document management, and search solutions.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, permissions, and security.
Experience establishing governance and compliance within Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and solution design for Microsoft 365 collaboration, content management, and search.
Define and implement SharePoint Online architecture, governance, and permissions strategy.
Drive Microsoft Search configuration and relevance tuning for enterprise content discovery.
Establish Copilot readiness, including governance, security, and adoption planning.
Partner with leaders to develop Microsoft 365 roadmaps and platform standards.
Provide technical leadership across delivery teams handling SharePoint, search, and related solutions.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and operational requirements.
Influence senior stakeholders on strategic technology decisions.
