Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Safety Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in loss control, risk management, or related field within property and casualty insurance.
• Professional designation (CSP, ARM, CFPS, CSHMS, ALCM, OHST) preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Conducts complex risk assessments for insured properties and operations to inform underwriting decisions.
• Identifies potential risk exposures and formulates strategic recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
• Interprets and analyzes loss data to identify patterns and designs loss prevention programs tailored to client needs.
• Provides advanced technical guidance and conducts training for clients on safety practices and regulatory compliance.
• Monitors effectiveness of loss control measures and makes strategic adjustments to enhance outcomes.
• May supervise staff and participate in talent decisions for direct reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
