• Master's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field; CISSP or CISM required.
• 7+ years of information security management and leadership.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing security programs.
• Deep understanding of security architecture, risk assessment methodologies, and incident response planning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive information security policies and procedures.
• Oversee the risk management process, identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks.
• Manage and coordinate responses to security incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
