Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking an IAM Okta Engineer to lead testing and validation across a complex identity and access management environment. This role requires deep IAM and systems engineering experience to drive testing across interconnected platforms.

You will collaborate with Architecture, Systems, Security, HRIS, and Engineering teams to define testing requirements, validate provisioning, and manage defects from discovery to remediation, while working remotely on a contract through

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical IAM, systems or DevOps experience.
• 3+ years in identity security or enterprise platforms.
• Strong knowledge of IAM lifecycle concepts and governance.
• Experience with Okta, Azure AD, and Active Directory integrations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate testing and validation of identity lifecycle processes.
• Define testing requirements and involved systems.
• Build missing test coverage and identify gaps or risks.
• Perform hands-on testing across identity platforms and security controls.
• Coordinate testing across teams and escalate blockers.
• Collect testing evidence, document defects, and track remediations.
• Lead technical testing discussions with cross-functional teams.
