Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in production-grade C++
• Strong knowledge of modern C++ standards (C++17/20) and architecture
• Experience with SIMD intrinsics and cache-aware optimizations
• Expert in lock-free programming and parallelism
• Full-stack background with robust systems programming
• Clear written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize high-performance C++ systems for AI data pipelines and evaluation workflows
• Develop full-stack tooling and backend services for large-scale data annotation, validation, and quality control
• Improve reliability, performance, and safety across production C++ codebases
• Identify bottlenecks and edge cases in data and system behavior and implement scalable fixes
• Collaborate with data, research, and engineering teams to support model training and evaluation workflows
• Participate in synchronous design reviews to iterate on architecture and implementation decisions
