Job summary

FullStack is hiring a Healthcare Data and Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will work with clients in two models: Team Augmentation or Design & Build, integrating into client teams or building products on a FullStack team.

You should have 5+ years of experience in software or data roles, advanced English, a four-year degree, and deep healthcare data expertise including claims and enrollment. Experience with HIPAA and data quality is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, data analysis, or data operations.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Deep experience with healthcare data (claims, enrollment, or payer data).
• Strong SQL skills for joining datasets and validating data.

Responsibilities

• Team Augmentation: you will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
• Design & Build: you will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
