Job summary

Organon LLC in the United States seeks an Enterprise Infrastructure Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support complex on-prem and hybrid cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms. You will engineer and maintain Windows and Linux Server OS deployments, optimize Nutanix AHV and VMware vSphere environments, and drive automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 5+ years in systems engineering/infrastructure roles (Windows Server, Linux, virtualization).
• 5+ years with Nutanix AHV, VMware vSphere or equivalent hypervisors.
• 5+ years scripting/automation (PowerShell, APIs, Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work remotely and meet security/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure across on-prem and hybrid cloud.
• Manage Windows and Linux OS, Nutanix AHV, VMware vSphere, and cloud tech.
• Automate configurations and workflows using IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting.
• Harden security and ensure compliance with NIST, ISO, SOC 2.
• Collaborate with BT teams to deliver scalable, reliable systems.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to team members.
