Job summary

Flex is seeking an energetic and intellectually curious Analytics professional with domain expertise in credit analytics and a strong grasp of financial data interpretation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with varied datasets to derive insights for both credit underwriting and ongoing portfolio management.

This role will play a critical part in improving credit decisions, monitoring customer behavior, and informing risk management and product strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics or credit analytics, fintech preferred.
• Fluent SQL/SAS and comfortable with Python or R for analysis.
• Strong understanding of credit underwriting and SMB financials.
• Experience interpreting P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow data.
• Familiarity with credit bureau data and commercial reports.
• Able to clearly communicate findings and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze new applicant data to support credit decisioning.
• Monitor post-origination account behavior and risk indicators.
• Build dashboards and tools to surface real-time underwriting insights.
• Support P&L analysis of unsecured credit products and profitability models.
