Job summary
Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (Sr Manager) to support CNS disease areas within an ecosystem-driven engagement model.
The role involves field-based scientific exchange with Key Influencers, Local Practice Leaders, healthcare providers, and patient groups to advance patient outcomes. The MSL will deliver clinical, economic and humanistic information, help tailor regional strategies, and may cover multiple CNS products while contributing to education and
Qualifications
- MD/DO, PharmD or PhD in life sciences or Master’s with CNS experience.
- Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical medical affairs or related work experience.
- Knowledge of health systems and patient care delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; professional maturity and competence.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical, scientific, and health economic information on CNS disorders.
- Engage KIs, LPLs, healthcare providers and patient groups within the ecosystem.
- Develop regional medical strategy aligned with local ecosystem needs.
- Train promotional and disease-state speakers with data-driven insights.
- Support clinical trials, registrational and ISTs, and health economics studies.
