Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA II) aligned across the US. The role involves site qualification, monitoring, data review and QA activities to ensure regulatory compliance and study integrity.

The candidate will work both on-site and remotely, travel up to 75%, and collaborate with sponsor teams to support successful trial execution across the Lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits, on-site or remotely, ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent process and safeguards subject data confidentiality and safety.
• Conducts Source Document Review and data reconciliation, ensuring timely query resolution.
• Maintains ISF/TMF and supports audit readiness and site training.
• Supports subject recruitment and data tracking across the study lifecycle.
