Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Project Management to lead the execution of multiple Phase I–IV trials, coordinating CPMs and CPCs to deliver on time, on budget, and with quality.

The role partners with executive leadership to meet sponsor expectations in a remote-enabled environment. The position focuses on staff development, trial processes, and advancing trial execution within CTI's global CRO framework, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in allied health fields; clinical trial management experience preferred.
• At least 10 years of clinical research or clinical project management experience.
• Experience in management of clinical trials.
• Broad understanding of at least one therapeutic area CTI covers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate full execution of assigned trials across phases; may act as global lead.
• Ensure compliance with ICH, GCP, regulatory guidelines and trial procedures.
• Coordinate CPMs/CPCs to manage activities across functional areas and clients.
• Serve as senior interface with executive management and sponsor; manage client expectations.
• Oversee study plans and timelines; monitor progress and budget adherence; propose solutions.
• Lead staff training, resource planning, and process improvement initiatives.
