Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect II – Data Engineer to drive data-ready AI solutions in a pre-sales capacity across enterprise accounts. The role focuses on building scalable data platforms using Snowflake, Databricks, and lakehouse architectures.

Candidates should have 10+ years of data engineering experience, strong cloud skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering, or related field.
• Active Databricks and/or Snowflake certifications preferred.
• Experience in pre-sales advisory within enterprise technology.
• Strong communication with business and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead pre-sales enterprise customer engagements, including workshops, discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and executive briefings.
• Advance opportunities across AI Studio, AI Foundry, and AI Factory offerings with data strategy and data engineering focus.
• Translate complex technical concepts into language that resonates with business and executive stakeholders.
• Author and contribute technical content such as whitepapers and workshop curriculum.
• Engage with AI partner ecosystems to develop insights and enable field teams.
