Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Lead Release Train Engineer (RTE) to serve as a servant leader for one Agile Release Train (ART). You will facilitate PI planning, manage dependencies, remove impediments and keep the ART aligned to priorities and roadmaps.

In this remote role, you will partner with Product Management, System Architects, Scrum Masters and stakeholders to ensure the ART delivers value consistently and predictably across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management or agile delivery leadership experience.
• 2+ years in an ART-level environment preferred.
• Ability to apply Agile at Scale to manage features and delivery.
• Coaching across ART roles and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning readiness and execution across one ART.
• Coordinate cross-team planning, manage dependencies and risk.
• Own ART-level metrics, flow, velocity and delivery reporting.
• Coordinate release readiness and deployment through SDLC.
