Qualifications

• 15+ years of environmental consulting with remediation and growth focus.
• Experience with state and federal regulatory agencies in New England.
• 40 Hour HAZWOPER certification with annual refreshers.
• Professional licensure: PE, PG, LSP (MA); LEP (CT).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business development to expand remediation services across New England.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with power, industrial, commercial, and government clients.
• Identify, pursue, and win opportunities by leading proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and interviews.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align on growth strategies.
• Maintain awareness of client needs, regulatory trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior staff.
• Support technical excellence and innovation within the remediation practice.
• Perform quality assurance/quality control reviews and approve environmental deliverables.
• Support and ensure HSSE policy implementation in all work.
