Position Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Relocation Specialist (Packer, Sorter, Organizer) to join our compassionate and hardworking team. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, working in diverse home settings, and being part of a close‑knit, caring team. You’ll assist seniors and families during major life transitions — handling belongings with care, organizing spaces, and ensuring each move or project runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with packing, sorting, boxing, bagging, and organizing household goods for relocation, downsizing, or estate clean‑out projects.
• Work on‑site in various home environments throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
• Support clients with compassion – providing guidance and reassurance through emotionally sensitive situations.
• Assist with unpacking and resettling clients in their new homes.
• Handle donations, consignment, and disposals according to client preferences.
• Use mobile apps to manage schedules, assignments, team communication, and timecards.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working in clients’ homes.
• Work independently and collaboratively with your team to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in packing, organizing and customer service – we will train.
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable using smartphone apps for scheduling and communication.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and navigate stairs as needed.
• Reside in or near the Twin Cities Metro Area with reliable transportation.
