Caring Transitions Twin Cities Central is seeking a Senior Relocation Specialist to help seniors and families organize, pack, move, and resettle their homes with compassion and efficiency.

You’ll travel across the Twin Cities metro, packing and organizing belongings, and setting up new homes. Training is provided, and the role offers flexible weekday hours with mileage reimbursement and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in organizing, packing, moving or related fields preferred but not required.
• Comfort with using smartphone apps for scheduling and communication.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Twin Cities metro.

Responsibilities

• Carefully pack, organize, label, and prepare household belongings for relocation.
• Sort items for keeping, donating, selling, recycling, or disposal as requested.
• Assist with unpacking and setting up clients in their new homes.
• Organize kitchens, closets, living spaces and personal belongings.
• Work across multiple homes in the Twin Cities metro with a collaborative team.
• Handle belongings with care, professionalism and respect.
• Use mobile apps to access schedules, communicate with team, and track time.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences with kindness and attention to detail.

Packing Organizing Downsizing Move Support

Location: Twin Cities Metro Area (Travel Throughout the Metro)
Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible Weekday Hours (Project-Based)
Compensation: $16–$19/hour based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement

What You'll Do

As a Senior Relocation Specialist, you'll work directly with seniors and families to make life transitions easier by helping organize, pack, move, and resettle their homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Carefully pack, organize, label, and prepare household belongings for relocation.

• Sort items for keeping, donating, selling, recycling, or disposal according to the business and client wishes.

• Assist with unpacking and thoughtfully setting up clients in their new homes.

• Organize kitchens, closets, living spaces, and personal belongings.

• Work alongside a fun and collaborative team in a variety of homes throughout the Twin Cities metro.

• Handle clients' treasured belongings with care, professionalism, and respect.

• Use mobile apps to access schedules, communicate with the team, and track time.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Deliver an exceptional client experience through kindness, patience, and attention to detail.

• Can comfortably lift up to 25 pounds, bend, kneel, reach and navigate stairs when necessary.

Previous experience in organizing, packing, moving, customer service, retail, hospitality, caregiving, interior design, professional organizing, or senior services is helpful but not required. We provide comprehensive training.
